Managed the Saïd Business School’s “Silicon Valley Comes to Oxford” (SVCO) programme (2010-2012). This programme was focused on creating and sharing actionable insight on how to start, scale and run high-growth technology companies. The annual SVCO forum was held in November each year. Over 100 leading entrepreneurs, innovators and investors (including Reid Hoffman, Biz Stone, Tom Hayes, Megan Smith and Padmasree Warrior) have contributed to the activities of the SVCO “think tank”.
Involved in the development and delivery of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women and 10,000 Small Businesses programmes. These programmes were focused on helping entrepreneurs and SME owners unlock growth. In the 10,000 Women programme, Oxford worked with Zhejiang University and SWUFE in China. In the 10,000 Small Businesses programme, Oxford worked with Leeds University Business School, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, Aston Business School and University College London in the UK, and Babson College in the US.
